Welcome to Neocool Systems! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Neocool Systems' Website, located at neocoolsystems.com.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Neocool Systems.
Domestic Air Conditioners (Split ACs)
- Exchange: If a customer wishes to exchange a domestic AC (Split AC), we will facilitate the exchange process provided the unit is in original condition and the request is made within our standard exchange window.
- Returns: If a customer wants to return a domestic AC, a 90% refund of the purchase amount will be provided. The remaining 10% serves as a restocking and handling fee.
Commercial Air Conditioners
Please note that commercial AC orders are final once placed.
- Once an order for a Commercial AC is placed, it cannot be canceled.
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds for Commercial AC units after the order has been processed.
Neocool Systems provides AC sales, installation, and repair services in Hyderabad. By booking a service, you agree:
- The information provided by you is accurate and complete.
- You will provide safe access for our technicians to perform work.
- Payments for services are due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.
- Any extra materials used (pipes, brackets, etc.) will be charged at current market rates.
In no event shall Neocool Systems, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our services.
Neocool Systems shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or services.
